The PSL program allows license holders the first right to purchase the best seats in the building to over 150 annual ACL Live concerts before they go on sale to the public.

Through an end-to-end infrastructure solution, ACL Live is proudly Powered by Dell—with Dell Technology products integrated into virtually every aspect of the venue's operations. From Dell workstations and laptops used by all staff to Dell servers powering the theater's critical systems, the partnership extends beyond back-of-house operations into the fan experience through a Dell-branded interactive photo booth.
Additionally, all digital signage throughout the venue is powered by Dell Technology computers, reinforcing the brand's seamless presence and demonstrating how Dell technology drives both operational excellence and guest engagement.
Waterloo Sparkling Water
Another homegrown Austin favorite, Waterloo Sparkling Water has been the official sparkling water of ACL Live since 2018 — building brand recognition to key audiences at ACL Live during rapid growth of their brand nationwide.
Their products are available throughout the entire venue at all bars and points of sale, as well as backstage for touring artists and production teams. Additionally, Waterloo activates their sampling strategy at peak season events throughout the year.
PNC Bank
PNC Bank entered the Austin market in Fall 2021 and made it a priority to support the local music community by way of meaningful partnerships, including with ACL Live and Austin City Limits TV.
PNC Bank acquired the naming rights for PNC Hall at ACL Live — a premiere 2,000-square-foot multi-functional venue featuring stunning views of downtown through large operable windows, a modern industrial chic design, wood flooring, climate control, and state-of-the-art audio and visual technology.
Used for a variety of events up to 250 guests, PNC Hall is often hosting the premium pre-show experience known as PNC Hall: Premium Pass.
PNC Hall is also available for private events such as meetings, happy hours, registration hall for events at adjacent venues, receptions, and even weddings. By combining the spaces of ACL Live and W Austin, large premium events with up to 2,000 attendees in reception style can be possible, all flowing seamlessly.
